PNW Tour is Set – Limited Spots Available!

My Pacific Northwest tour is locked in, and I can't wait to be back! Spots are limited, so don’t wait to book.

Portland: March 1-4

Seattle: March 4-10

Medical Update

I’m still waiting on an appointment for an epidural injection to help with my pain. Until then, the best distraction is staying busy and having fun. Nothing helps more than good company, new experiences, and adventure.

My pain is at its worst when I’m sitting at home alone, so keeping active is key. If you’ve had a spinal fusion surgery before (which I need as a follow-up to my 2018 surgery for cauda equina syndrome), I’d love to hear about your experience.

I’ve written in more detail about my condition in past blogs, but I’m still hopeful that the injection will bring some relief until I can plan my surgery.

LA Salon & Day Job Updates

I’ve started working at a new salon in Los Angeles three days a week. The best part? Complete control of my schedule, so I can adjust to fit bookings and plan more travel.

I’ve also decided to sign another one-year lease and stay in LA for now! Since I still feel like I haven’t explored enough, I’d love to change that. If you’re an LA local or planning a visit, let’s explore the city together!
